About Krysta Jones

Krysta Jones is the author of "Does My Vagina Matter," a book that explores the topic of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Jones has a unique perspective on the subject, as she has experienced firsthand the challenges of being a woman in a man-dominated field. She has worked in emerging industries such as cannabis and construction, where she faced discrimination and segregation because of her gender.

Despite these obstacles, Jones has managed to rise to the top of her field, and she has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience along the way. However, she has also noticed that in recent years, the narrative around diversity and inclusion has changed, and companies are more focused on hitting bench marks than truly valuing and including diverse individuals.

In her book, "Does My Vagina Matter," Jones shares her personal experiences and insights on the subject of diversity and inclusion. She is also a lesbian and has tattoos, she shares her experiences of how these identifiers have not only made her life extremely difficult but also how they have been used to overlook her skills and qualifications. The book is a powerful and thought-provoking read that encourages readers to think critically about the role of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and its impact on creating a more equitable and just society.
