Course Content

In this course, participants will learn about where AI is in today’s business environment, how to quickly start using LLMs for professional and personal solutions, how to write prompts, the capabilities and limitations of LLMs, best practices for prompt engineering, and how to avoid errors.

• Advanced Prompt Engineering. How to design prompts using the Scientific Method.
• Prompt Stacking. Using AI to help you write advanced prompts (1,500+ words)
• Generative AI. Creating graphics and other digital assets.
• Applying AI to daily business needs in communications, project management, program management, and collaboration.
• Unlocking the power of Microsoft CoPilot. Harness the power of ChatGPT 4, Microsoft 365 Apps, and your M365 data.
• Advanced Data Analysis with AI. Go beyond traditional Business Intelligence reporting tools such as PowerPivot and PowerBI.
• AI Policies and Ethics. Practical considerations for governance and oversight.
• Lateral Thinking with AI. Create innovative solutions for your organization.

Course Duration and Structure

Duration is 1-year user license. Includes all live sessions and course updates for one year.

Structure is:

• 4 Quarterly 2-day Live Workshops. Attend in-person or online. Upcoming cities: Miami, Washington DC, Santo Domingo, Honolulu, Medellin
• 12 Live Instructor-led Sessions for continuous learning (180-minutes/each).
• 12 Self-paced Learning Modules totaling over 100 lessons with dozens real-world Super Prompt writing exercises.

Delivery Method

Hybrid learning mixing in-person workshops, live webinars, online self-paces modules, exercises, and group activities.

• Proficient business, collaboration, productivity, and technology knowledge, such as Microsoft Office, Office 365.
